Please join us Monday, February 15 at 6PM CST as we welcome to the University of Chicago arts community, new director and chief curator of the Renaissance Society, Myriam Ben Salah, and invite her to share with us her most recent curatorial projects and programming.

Myriam Ben Salah was recently the co-curator of Made in LA 2020, the Hammer Museum’s biennial in Los Angeles. From 2009 to 2016 she was in charge of special projects and public programs at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, with a focus on performance art, moving image and publishing initiatives. In 2018 she was the Guest Curator of the 10th edition of the Abraaj Group Art Prize in Dubaï where she worked with winning artist Lawrence Abu Hamdan on a large scale commission.
