Mari Eastman holds an MFA from the Art Institute of Chicago and a BA from Smith College. She has exhibited at the Hammer Museum (Los Angeles), Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions (Los Angeles), the Berkeley Museum of Art (Berkeley, CA), Green Gallery (Milwaukee), Bombon Projects (Barcelona), Goldfinch Gallery (Chicago) and Spruth and Magers Projekte (Munich), among other venues. Her work has been reviewed in The New York Times, Frieze magazine, Artforum.com, among others, and featured on the website Contemporary Art Daily.
