Daisy Schultz has a background in chemistry and worked in a biochemical lab for three years before starting her MFA. From this phase of life she developed a fascination with the radical fragility of the human body on both micro and macroscopic scales. She works mainly in photographic and time-based media. She is a Luminarts Fellow and a Fellow at the Arts Club of Chicago, and a participating artist in Ground Floor 2020 at the Hyde Park Art Center.
Daisy received her MFA from the University of Chicago in 2020.
