Susanne Altmann will speak in-depth about her most recent curated group exhibition: The Medea Insurrection; Radical Women Artists Behind the Iron Curtain. The group exhibition includes work by Monika Andres, Magdalena Abakanowicz, Sibylle Bergemann, Geta Brătescu, Christa Jeitner, Katalin Ladik, Natalia LL, among others and was on view at the Kunsthalle im Lipsiusbau in Dresden, Germany. The Medea Insurrection will be on view in November at The Wende Museum in Culver City, California.
